Autonics BJ Series adalah sensor fotoelektrik kompak berukuran W10,6×H32×L20 mm dengan performa tinggi dan noise immunity yang sangat baik. Tersedia dalam lima tipe sensing — long distance, BGS reflective, transparent glass, micro spot, dan diffuse reflective — dengan pilihan output NPN/PNP, Light ON/Dark ON selectable, serta proteksi IP65 dan IP67 untuk aplikasi industri yang beragam.`

Autonics BJ Series merupakan sensor fotoelektrik kompak berdesain ramping yang mengemas performa deteksi tinggi dalam dimensi mungil W10,6×H32×L20 mm. Ukurannya yang kompak memudahkan instalasi di area terbatas tanpa mengorbankan kemampuan sensing, menjadikannya pilihan populer untuk mesin packaging, conveyor, mesin cetak, hingga sistem assembly otomatis.

Seri ini tersedia dalam lima tipe sensing yang mencakup kebutuhan aplikasi yang sangat luas. Long distance type dilengkapi lensa berkualitas tinggi dengan jarak sensing hingga 15 m (through-beam), 1 m (diffuse reflective), dan 3 m (polarized retroreflective dengan reflektor MS-2A), disertai fungsi M.S.R. (Mirror Surface Rejection) pada tipe retroreflective untuk mendeteksi target berpermukaan cermin atau sangat reflektif secara akurat. BGS (Background Suppression) reflective type meminimalkan error deteksi akibat objek latar belakang dengan metode BGS yang lebih unggul dari tipe konvergen reflektif biasa — sensitivitas dapat diatur via adjuster untuk hasil deteksi yang stabil terlepas dari warna atau material target. Transparent glass sensing type memungkinkan deteksi kaca transparan yang sulit dideteksi sensor konvensional, sementara micro spot type menggunakan titik sensing sangat kecil untuk mendeteksi objek berukuran mini seperti kabel tembaga minimum Ø0,2 mm.

Fungsi mutual interference prevention secara otomatis mengubah siklus emisi antar sensor berdekatan, mendukung instalasi multi-unit tanpa gangguan silang (kecuali tipe through-beam dan BGS). Switch Light ON/Dark ON dan sensitivity adjuster built-in memudahkan konfigurasi langsung di lapangan. Proteksi ganda reverse polarity dan output overcurrent (short-circuit) menjamin keamanan unit dan sistem yang terhubung.

BJ Series tersedia dalam dua tipe koneksi — cable type (BJ) dan M8 connector type (BJ-C) — memberikan fleksibilitas wiring sesuai kondisi instalasi. Proteksi IP65 pada cable type dan IP67 pada connector type (BJ-C) memastikan ketahanan terhadap debu dan percikan air di lingkungan industri.
